Refund Policy
At LushhOrganic, your happiness and trust mean the world to us. While we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition, we understand that certain situations may require a refund. This policy is designed to make that process smooth, fair, and transparent.
✦ 1. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
Refunds are processed only in the following situations:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received an incorrect item (wrong product, size, or quantity).
- The product was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by the courier.
- You cancelled your order within the allowed window before shipment.
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within:
- 48 hours of delivery for damaged or incorrect products
- 2 hours of order placement for cancellation (if not shipped yet)

If your case qualifies:
1. Email us at support@lushhorganic.com with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Order ID]
2. Attach:
- Clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged/incorrect)
- A brief explanation of the issue
3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and guide you through the next steps
✦ 3. Refund Options
Once your request is approved, we will offer one of the following based on your preference:
- Full refund to your original payment method.
- Store credit redeemable on your next purchase.
- Free replacement if stock is available.
- For COD orders, we will request your bank details or offer store credit.
✦ 4. Time Frame
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval
For prepaid orders, the amount will reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider
Store credits are issued instantly upon confirmation
✦ 5. Non-Refundable Conditions
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- If the product has been used, opened, or tampered with
- Change of mind or personal dislike of fragrance, texture, or results
- Delayed delivery due to external factors (weather, courier delays, etc.)
- Discounted or promotional items unless defective
✦ 6. Shipping Costs
Refunds include product value only.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return was due to our error (wrong/damaged product).
Return shipping (if required) must be pre-approved and arranged with our support team.

We are a small, growing brand and truly value your support. If you feel something is genuinely wrong and not covered under this policy, please email us personally. We’ll always strive to find a solution that’s fair and empathetic.
