Q1. Are LushhOrganic products really 100% natural?
Yes! Every product we create is made from nature’s finest, ethically sourced ingredients. We avoid all harsh chemicals, parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, and artificial dyes.

Q2. Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. LushhOrganic is 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals, and we only partner with suppliers who share our ethical values.

Q3. I have sensitive skin. Can I still use your products?
Most of our formulations are made for all skin types, including sensitive skin. However, we always recommend a patch test before full use — especially for new users or those with known sensitivities.

Q4. Are your products vegan?
Many of our products are vegan, and we clearly label them as such. Some items may contain natural ingredients like honey or beeswax — always check the ingredient list before purchase.

Order & Shipping FAQs

Q5. How long does delivery take?
We aim to ship all orders within 24–48 hours. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location in India.

Q6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer COD on eligible orders. This option will appear at checkout if available in your pin code.

Q7. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, but only if your order hasn’t been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@lushhorganic.com or on WhatsApp with your order number.

Q8. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also log in to your account to check order status anytime.

Returns & Refunds FAQs

Q9. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re very sorry! Please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving the package, including photos and your order ID. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Q10. Can I return an opened product?
Due to hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

Q11. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. For COD orders, we’ll offer store credit or request bank transfer details.

Ingredients & Custom Care

Q12. Do you use fragrance in your products?
Only naturally derived fragrances or essential oils — never synthetic perfumes. We also offer fragrance-free options for extra sensitive skin.

Q13. Do your products have an expiry date?
Yes. Each product has a best before label. Our products are crafted in small batches and typically last 12–18 months without the use of strong preservatives.

Q14. Do you offer personalized skincare recommendations?
Yes! You can reach out to us on WhatsApp or email with your skin concerns, and we’ll be happy to guide you to the right products.
