Return & Refund Policy
At LushhOrganic, your satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. Every product we create is crafted with care, using nature’s finest ingredients. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a simple and transparent return and refund policy.
✦ 1. Eligibility for Return
To ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
✦ 2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened, used, or tampered skincare items
- Products purchased during clearance, sales, or with discount codes
- Free gifts, promotional samples, or gift cards
✦ 3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by damaged or incorrect shipments. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product and the packaging
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on your preference.
✦ 4. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email notifying you of the status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. In the case of COD orders, we will offer store credit or bank transfer after verification.
✦ 5. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
In case of a return initiated due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will cover return shipping.
For voluntary returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
✦ 6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them by emailing us at support@lushhorganic.com, provided they haven’t been processed for dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
