✦ 1. Eligibility for Return

To ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
• Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

✦ 2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened, used, or tampered skincare items
• Products purchased during clearance, sales, or with discount codes
• Free gifts, promotional samples, or gift cards

✦ 3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by damaged or incorrect shipments. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Include:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product and the packaging
• Once verified, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on your preference.

✦ 4. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

• You will receive an email notifying you of the status.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. In the case of COD orders, we will offer store credit or bank transfer after verification.

✦ 5. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

In case of a return initiated due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will cover return shipping.

For voluntary returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

✦ 6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them by emailing us at support@lushhorganic.com, provided they haven’t been processed for dispatch.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
